14 Days Money Back Guarantee

Everything Party 14 Day Money Back Guarantee protects all purchases made from our website

  1. The 14 Day Money Back Guarantee period will commence from the date that the parcel has been delivered (From the tracking information provided by the third party courier). If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
  2. Where a product is within the 14-day period and a refund is requested, Everything Party will refund the original product purchase price. The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:
    • Shipping charges from Everything Party
    • Cost to return the product to Everything Party

       3. The item is not any of the following;

    1. Wig, moustaches, cosmetic, makeup, undergarment or hosiery where it’s has been taken out of the packaging. For health reasons these items cannot be resold when returned once opened even if the packaging was damaged prior to purchase.
    2. Any item without package.
    3. A custom and personalized item.
    4. Helium product such as a helium tank or helium balloons. No refund will apply to unused gas in helium tanks. If a tank is returned and contains some (or all) helium inside, the remaining gas inside will be forfeit as the tank cannot be resold.
    5. The item was not purchased as part of an order that had a discount applied to the order.
     4. You provide a legible receipt or online order number as proof or purchase.

     5. Items are in a suitable condition for resale as new. This includes being in original sealed packaging as well as having all packaging such as header card and packing materials.

     6. All original packaging, cables, manuals, accessories and other items that came with item are returned. If any item is missing, we will not provide refund or exchange.

     7. We reserve the right to determine if you are entitled to a refund, exchange or credit note.

     8. Please send Email to sales@everything-party.com.au if you would like to return your order.

     9. The item was not purchased as part of an order that had a discount applied to the order.

Returns and Exchange Procedure 

     We will response your request within 24 hours to provide further assistance.

    • You need to send the item back via your local post office or any other transport company you may find more suitable (however the condition of the products is your responsibility until they arrive back to us and if they are damaged in transit a return or exchange will not be provided).
    • For exchange inquire, after we receive the item and the condition of the item is fulfill exchange, we will send the replacement to you, and you will be responsible to pay for the new delivery charges.
    • Where a refund is provided this will be refunded to the same method as payment was made and this will take around 5 working days. 

    Exchanges

    We take great care in providing correct and conservative measurements in our sizing guides, however we also recognise that things can go wrong. Therefore, we are happy to exchange sizes or styles. Please note that we cannot accept return of wigs or intimate apparel (including costumes that include underwear) for health reasons unless they are faulty. Prior to sending your items back, it is usually a good idea to let us know what you would like to exchange the item for so we can place it on hold for you. This can be done by sending email to sales@everything-party.com.au or calling us on 0298776688 during trading hours.

    To send your item/order back to us, please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs ( Standard or Express) can be paid over the phone when placing your new item on hold. 

    Finally, please be aware of the products listed below which may not be eligible for exchange and ensure the products you wish to exchange are posted back to us within 14 Money Back Guarantee period.

    There are two options for exchanging your item which depend on how long you have before needing your exchange item.

    If you need your exchange item within two weeks:

    If you need your exchange item quickly we recommend placing a new order online so that you receive your exchange item in time for your event, and then send your unsuitable item back to us for a refund which will follow the 14 Days Money Back Guarantee rules.

    If you have more than 2 weeks:

    If you have plenty of time before you need your exchange item we can do a direct exchange for you. If you would like to go ahead with this option please let us know so that we can put aside the exchange item/s for you. Please note that we hold exchange items for up to 10 business days. If you need more time than this please let us know.

    If you have placed a new order there is no need to pay a new postage charge as you will pay shipping costs in your new order.


    Faulty or Damaged Products

    All products that are sold by us are checked as part of our process in completing your order. On rare occasions items do become "damaged" as part of transporting the goods to you. A refund or replacement for a faulty product is conditional on the following;

    1. You must notify us of a Faulty or Damaged product within 14 days of purchase. If necessary the item also need to be posted back to us within 14 days of purchase.
    2. Where a product is damaged, the item must not appear to have been used for it to be deemed as a "damaged product". For the avoidance of doubt, it is recommended that you leave the product in its original packaging unopened.
    3. You must keep evidence of the faulty product and the carton in which it was shipped until we advise on your requested refund or exchange. We will require a photo or video of the product and package for insurance purposes to prove the issue. If the photo or video is insufficient we may request additional photo's or video's. If you dispose of the item before we approve (or reject) the claim, we reserve the right to reject your claim.
    4. We will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all instructions and advice or warnings given by the manufacturer, supplier, or us are followed.
    5. The limit of the compensation for a faulty product will be the replacement or refund of that faulty product once it has been returned to us.
    6. We reserve the right to inspect and test a product to determine if it is in our opinion faulty or damaged. It is at our discretion that we determine if an item is damaged or faulty.
    7. The delivery time for a replacement product starts from when we confirm that we will replace your product and will then follow normal shipping times, the same as if the product was being dispatched as a normal order.
    8. If we require the product to be sent back to us and we find that the product is faulty we will provide a full refund (or we can send a replacement if you prefer) of the product and the shipping incurred for sending the product back to us with regular post. If the product is found to be in good working order, a refund will not be provided and you would be required to pay the shipping to have the product sent back to you.
    9. It is your responsibility to ensure that defective goods are suitably packaged for return shipping and include all original packaging, cables, manuals, accessories and other items that came with it. If we deem at our discretion that all the required packaging, cables, manuals, accessories and other items are not with your returned item, we may reject the return claim.
    10. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or the cost to return an item to us. If an order recieved free shipping and  the order or part of an order is returned for a refund, and the balance of the order that is kept by you then adds up to less than $100, a $8.99 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

    Returns Procedure - Faulty or Damaged Products

    We will response your request within 24 hours.to provide further assistance and the outcome of our investigation.

    • If your return is approved, we will ask you if you would like a refund, credit, or replacement generally by the next business day. If a refund or credit is requested, it will generally be processed within 7 days and if a replacement is requested and we have the replacement in stock, it will be dispatched within 1 business day or when it comes back in stock.   
    • Where a refund is provided this will be refunded to the same method as payment was made and this will take about 5 working days.
    Afterpay payments - Please be aware that Afterpay is a separate entity to us, and the agreement you enter into for payment installments will continue until will have processed your refund. If you have an instalment payment due to be deducted by Afterpay prior to your refund being processed, we do recommend that you continue to have sufficient funds in your nominated account so Afterpay can deduct the necessary payment. This will avoid being charged an 'unavailable funds' fee from Afterpay. Any payments you make to Afterpay will still be refunded back to you as soon as your refund has been processed.
