1. Pick Up in Store
- Pick up your order from our Top Ryde City Store during our trading hours.
- At check out page, leave us a message about your pick up date and time
- No Shipping or Handling Charges
- Once your order is ready, we will contact you to let you know that it is ready to be picked up.
- Allow at least 2 working days and call us before coming to our store if we haven't called you to advise your order is ready.
- You must bring photo ID with you and you must be the person named in the order or the person advised as the party picking up the order in the order comments.
2. Home Delivery Option ( Need to contact us to confirm the availability of delivery time )
Everything Party provides home delivery service 7 Days in Sydney Metro area for orders over $80. Delivery fee starts from $15.
After you finish your shopping at Everything Party, you can book a home delivery service, and we will deliver your items (not only for balloons) to your place on that day.
If you don't have time to walk in our store, you can simply call us on 0298776688 or send Email to email@example.com to order items and book the delivery service.
3. Parcel Shipping Options
How and when we deliver:
We use Australia Post for our Deliveries.The below delivery times are an estimate. Since shipping is via Australia Post they are a third party operator to us, we cannot guarantee these times, but we can tell you that we don't usually experience difficulties is meeting the below times.

2. EXPRESS SHIPPING POSTCODES - (Processing time 1 Working Day)
While Australia Post guarantees next business day delivery to the postcodes below, as they are a separate company to us, we cannot guarantee these times but we can tell you that we don't usually experience difficulties in meeting the below times.
- Express orders before 5PM to one of the "Next Business Day Delivery Postcodes" below. - Express orders placed will be dispatched on the next working day. They are estimated to reach you the business day after that.
- Express orders before 5PM to other postcodes listed - Express orders placed will be dispatched on the next working day. They are estimated to reach you at least one business day quicker than regular postage times above. Australia post will send the order on the fastest possible delivery however there are no guarantees it will be any more than 1 day quicker than regular post.
- Express orders before 5PM to postcodes not listed - Express orders placed will be dispatched on the next working day. They are estimated to reach you using regular postage times above. Australia post will send the order on the fastest possible delivery however there are no guarantees it will be any quicker than regular post.
- Express orders placed after 5PM will not be processed until the following day, so count as orders made the next day for purposes of dispatch time.
- In the rare event that your order is delayed because of a missing item, we may contact you to give you the option to wait for it to become available, receive a refund or substitute it for another item. If you choose to wait for the item to come back into stock we will still send your order by express post but no refund will be given for the express service since it will still travel via the express post service.

3. Availability of Stock
Here at Everything Party we strive to keep of our products in stock to meet your requirements. Nonetheless, like with all retail businesses, some items tend to run low, be discontinued or backordered by suppliers. Items on our website listed as "Available" are to the best of our knowledge, available to ship to you within the advertised timeframe. Should an item ordered be unavailable, one of our staff will contact you as soon as we are aware of the issue in order to provide a solution.
