Hire Information

Booking & Payment:

• Full Payment (Online Bookings): Required at the time of booking

• Deposit Option (50%): Available in-store, over the phone, or via bank transfer. Booking is confirmed once payment clears.

• Balance Payment: Due 2 business days before hire date

Cancellation Policy:

• Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 7 days before hire date

Collection & Delivery

• Local Pick-Up & Return: From our Top Ryde Shopping Centre store

• Local Delivery & Collection: Available within Sydney metro. Fees depend on distance and must be arranged over the phone or via bank transfer

Requirements

• Hiring Form: Please complete and bring 2 copies when collecting

• Identification: A valid photo ID and credit card are required

• Security Deposit Options:

  • Credit card details held securely during hire period, OR

  • $200 cash bond per item (refundable upon safe return). A 1.5% surcharge applies if paid by card

Hire Period

• Standard hire: Up to 32 hours

  • Pick-up: 9am–6pm on booking day

  • Return: 10am–5pm the following day

• Early pick-up / late return: Extra charge of 20% of total order per day
