Bubbles are made of see-through, stretchy plastic. It can be blowed up like a beach ball until its surface is smooth and has no wrinkle. After inflated with Helium, it can float at least 1-2 weeks. It can be inflated with helium or air.

Frame exactly as pictured, however, mine were sunglasses not clear glass as pictured. I just removed as I was going to remove the lenses anyway for my costume party as I wear contacts.

I ordered size M (my kid is 135cm tall and slim) it fit perfectly. The fabric is polyester but a great choice for the price. I would recommend wearing a cotton T-shirt under it
